What is coaching
"You are the expert in your own life. My role is to create the conditions for you to remember that."
I have sat across from a great many people who already knew — somewhere inside them — what they needed. What they lacked was not information. It was space, structure, and someone to think alongside them.
Coaching is that space. It is a collaborative relationship, not a directive one. I do not prescribe, diagnose, or hand you a plan to follow. Instead, I ask the questions that help you get clear — on what you actually want, what has been getting in the way, and what a different way of living might genuinely look like for you.
You bring your lived experience, your values, your context. I bring curiosity, structure, and tools that help you move from insight into action. Together, we co-create a vision and a path that is entirely yours — one you will actually follow, because you built it.
This is not a passive process. You drive it. I walk alongside you.

How we work together
This is not a program you complete on your own. It is a partnership — rigorous enough to create real change, flexible enough to meet you where you are.
Sessions are held online or in person, at a pace and frequency that works for your life.
A complimentary conversation to understand where you are, what you need and whether Reclaim is the right fit. No commitment, no pressure — just an honest conversation.
1. Discovery call
2. Agreement & pre-session questionnaire
Once you are ready to begin, a service agreement is signed and a pre-session questionnaire completed. This gives me a clear picture of where you are starting from before we meet.
3. 90-minute onboarding session
This is where the work begins. We orient you to the Reclaim Method, set up and explore your personalised lifestyle app together, and begin to understand your unique lifestyle blueprint. It is spacious, personal, and sets the tone for everything that follows.
4. Your personalised coaching sessions
From here, your 60-minute coaching sessions are where the real and sustained work happens — targeted to what matters most to you, at each stage of your journey.
